The third friendly match of the preparation season was played by the Dziki against Suzuki Arka Gdynia. After a very even match, Arka proved to be better, eventually winning 73-72.
The Wild Ones started the game strongly offensively, going down after the first ten minutes with a score of 25-20. In the second quarter, Arka came to the fore, doing better under the basket and accurately using free throws. By halftime, the hosts of today's sparring had established a four-point advantage.
In the second half, our team started to make up for the losses. Effective defense and two accurate "three-pointers" by Nick McGlynn - this allowed the Dziki to start the last part of the game with one point more than Arka.
The fourth quarter was already a war of nerves. After five minutes, the scoreboard showed 63-60 for the Dziki. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the lead for long. Andrzej Pluta's good shooting form and Przemysław Żołnierowicz's effective drives to the basket put Arka in the lead.

We fought until the end, but this time we couldn't tip the scales of victory in our favor. Emmanuel Little took a shot just as the final buzzer sounded, but it hit the hoop. The match ended with a score of 73-72 for Suzuki Arka Gdynia.
On Sunday we will play another friendly match, this time with another team from Tricity, Trefl Sopot.
