Another piece of good news for Dziki fans! Michał Aleksandrowicz has extended his contract with the club and is staying for another season! After a year's break, "Panda" will play in the PLK again.
The 34-year-old has had a very successful season with the Dziki. He was one of the pillars of Krzysztof Szablowski's team. "Panda" played in 43 games, averaging 11.2 points and 3.6 assists per game.
The thrower's peak form came at the most important moment, i.e. in the play-off finals. The excellent form did not escape the league authorities, who chose Aleksandrowicz as the best player in the Suzuki 1. Men's League finals in the 2022/23 season.

The promotion to the PLK was not the first in the career of the basketball player from Warsaw. He had previously won it twice: with Legia Warsaw in the 2016/17 season and with Astoria Bydgoszcz in the 2018/19 campaign.

The fan favourite from the Warsaw Club did not hide his joy after signing a new contract with Dziki Warsaw.
- I am glad that I will continue to represent Dziki Warszawa, this time on the PLK courts. Last season we achieved our goal of promotion, now it's time for new challenges. I can't wait to feel this amazing atmosphere that the fans create in the "Koło" hall. It's going to be wild! - said the popular "Panda".
The debut season of Dziki Warszawa in the Orlen Basket League will begin this fall.
